Spark wasn’t built in a day just ask two best friends with 15+ years of experience in HR, sales, and recruiting who decided to stop dreaming about starting a business and finally made it happen. Before Spark, we were the behind-the-scenes fixers, streamlining messy processes, finding top talent, and transforming HR departments into well-oiled machines. And while we were good at saving the day, we realized something, HR doesn’t have to be boring. It can be bold, innovative, and, dare we say, even cool.

But Spark is about more than just HR fixes. Our passion for helping others lead us to coaching, which sparked a passion for helping people find their path. We saw how many young people were stuck, lacking opportunities to grow or build the skills they need for success. That inspired us to dream big, not just about transforming HR but about creating skill-based training programs and, someday, launching a nonprofit to level the playing field for future generations.
